Product Introduction:

CD8 is a co-receptor of T lymphocytes that can bind to MHC class I molecules, mainly distributed on suppressive T/cytotoxic T cells and NK cells. In normal lymphoid tissues, the expression rate of CD8 is significantly lower than that of CD4, with a ratio of about 1:4. CD8 is positive in large granular lymphocytic leukemia (LGLL) and some T lymphoblastic leukemia/lymphoma (T-ALL/LBL). CD8 can be used as an auxiliary diagnostic marker for T lymphoblastic lymphoma; it can also be used for differential diagnosis between T-cell lymphoma and B-cell lymphoma, as well as for confirming subtypes of T-cell lymphoma.
