Product Introduction:

CD45, also known as LCA (Leukocyte Common Antigen), is a protein family composed of five or more high molecular weight glycoproteins. It is expressed in almost all hematopoietic cells: T and B lymphocytes, granulocytes, monocytes, macrophages, immature red blood cells, and megakaryocytes, but not expressed in mature red blood cells, platelets, and non-hematopoietic tissues. It can be used to distinguish lymphoma/leukemia from non-hematopoietic tissue tumors (such as undifferentiated small cell carcinoma, small round cell sarcoma). CD45 positivity is a poor prognostic factor for patients with multiple myeloma. It is mainly used for differential diagnosis between lymphoma and carcinoma, sarcoma, malignant melanoma, and seminoma.
