Product Introduction:

Bcl-10 is a gene discovered from chromosomal translocations in mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) lymphoma. It is an apoptosis regulatory gene located at 1p22, encoding an intracellular protein composed of 233 amino acids. BCL10 can regulate cell apoptosis and participate in NF-κB signaling, and it can be used for differential diagnosis between marginal zone B-cell lymphoma and similar tumors. Expression in tumors: Marginal zone B-cell lymphoma is almost entirely positive (≥95% of cases positive), mantle cell lymphoma occasionally positive (<15%, ≥5% of cases positive), diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, not otherwise specified, and follicular lymphoma grade I are almost entirely negative (≥5% of cases positive).
