Product Introduction:

BCA-225 is a glycoprotein secreted by breast cells, with expression rates in adenocarcinomas of the following organs as follows: breast (98%), kidney (94%), ovary (80%), lung (74%). Moderate expression (36%-68%) is observed in adenocarcinomas of the pancreas, bile duct, thyroid, endometrium, cervical endometrium, and prostate. The expression rate in gastrointestinal adenocarcinomas is 10%-16%, and it is not expressed in hepatocellular carcinoma. The BCA-225 antibody is often used in combination with CEA, CA19-9, and CA125 as a reference for studying metastatic adenocarcinoma.
