Product Introduction:

Bob.1 is a transcriptional activator required for the expression of germinal center and immunoglobulin genes. It acts as a co-activator together with Oct-2. It is generally used in combination with Oct-2. In NLPHL, L&H cells are double positive for Bob.1 and Oct-2, while in CHL, H/RSC cells are double negative or positive for one of Bob.1 and Oct-2. Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma and follicular lymphoma are positive. A few T-cell lymphomas are also positive for Bob.1.
