Product Introduction:

Granzyme B is a neutral serine protease with a molecular weight of 29 kDa. It can enter target cells through a perforin-mediated membrane transport process, inducing DNA fragmentation and apoptosis in the target cells. It is expressed in cytotoxic T cells and NK cells, as well as in Reed-Sternberg cells of EBV-positive Hodgkin lymphoma. It is mainly used to detect cytotoxic T cells and NK cells in tissues and for the diagnosis of their tumors.
