Product Introduction:

Bcl-6 is a nuclear protein mainly expressed in the cell nucleus. It is a transcription factor used in the study of lymphocyte classification and immune regulation. Abnormal expression of Bcl-6 is associated with lymphocyte diseases and immune cell development, promoting the activation and proliferation of B cells within germinal centers. It marks normal germinal center B cells and tumors derived from them: 1. Diagnosis of follicular lymphoma; 2. Classification of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma; 3. Differential diagnosis of angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma and similar lesions.
