Product Introduction:

CD68 is a glycoprotein with a molecular weight of 110 kDa, associated with lysosomal granules. It is mainly expressed in macrophages, monocytes, and granulocytes. It is primarily used for the diagnosis of acute and chronic myeloid leukemia and tumors of histiocytic origin (such as malignant fibrous histiocytoma), often combined with CD163 and Lysozyme to improve diagnostic accuracy. The degree of CD68+ macrophage infiltration is related to the differentiation degree of gastric cancer tumors, lymph node metastasis, and TNM staging. CD68 expression is negatively correlated with the prognosis of gastric cancer patients.
